Vintage Romance in Seattle

Vivienne + Christian | A Super8 Brunch Wedding at Imperia Lake Union

When Vivienne first reached out, she described wanting a vintage, romantic, slightly gothic vibe—something that felt whimsical and true to them. And that’s exactly what they created.

The whole day was a dream. A blend of classic Hollywood elegance and anti-bride edge. Her bouquet was deep red calla lilies with long, sculptural stems, and her bridesmaids held all-white callas to match. Her corset, cathedral veil, and that dramatic floral shape, it all came together with such intention.

Every detail felt cinematic.

Lana Del Rey was on repeat all morning, which felt so right. That moody, Americana energy paired with the soft daylight pouring through Imperia’s windows set the tone. The light hit just right, glowy, golden, and dramatic.

And honestly, brunch weddings might be my new favorite thing. Full daylight on the dance floor, pancakes and quiche and mimosas, lattes in hand. It felt relaxed in the most luxurious way. With the ceremony early in the day, there was all this time afterward to just be with their people and celebrate.

This was peak anti-bride energy in the best possible way. Everything about it felt personal, effortless, and deeply felt. A wedding that looked like them, sounded like them, and moved like them. The kind of day Super8 was made for.

Definitely one I won’t forget.
